Accelevate Solutions and Brand Engagement Network Launch AI-Powered Passenger Engagement Platform for LAX Shuttles

Accelevate Solutions and BEN Launch AI-Powered Passenger Engagement Platform at LAX

Accelevate Solutions and Brand Engagement Network, Inc. (BEN) (Nasdaq: BNAI) have announced the launch of a live AI-powered passenger engagement platform designed for off-airport parking and shuttle operators serving Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

The platform introduces a real-time digital media and engagement layer that connects passengers, transportation operators and brands through live mobility data. The initiative is designed to enhance the passenger experience while giving transportation providers an additional channel for customer engagement and, ultimately, a potential new source of advertising revenue.

Real-Time Information for Passengers

Through the mobile experience, passengers can access information including shuttle routes, live vehicle locations and estimated arrival times. The BEN AI engagement layer is already live, with promotional and static advertising currently available.

Paid advertising campaigns are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, creating an opportunity for brands to reach passengers based on their real-world transportation context.

The passenger experience is designed to operate without requiring users to download a dedicated application, reducing friction while travelling. Riders can access real-time information and engagement features throughout their journey.

The platform is built around four core capabilities: live vehicle intelligence, passenger engagement, contextual media and measurable delivery.

Connecting Fleet Data with AI Engagement

The solution combines Accelevate Solutions’ MobilityConnect™ fleet and audience-intelligence capabilities with BEN’s AI-powered engagement technology, delivered through the company’s Mydas enterprise media platform.

Connected-vehicle data, including information supplied through Xirgo Technologies, supports the platform’s vehicle intelligence layer. This allows transportation operators to incorporate real-time information from vehicles already operating within their fleets.

By connecting fleet data with a digital engagement platform, the companies aim to transform existing transportation assets into interactive channels through which operators can communicate with passengers and brands can deliver contextually relevant content.

The model also creates the potential for transportation providers to monetise existing connected assets through advertising once media inventory is sold.

Benefits for Operators

For transportation operators, MobilityConnect is designed to add a digital engagement layer to existing services without requiring them to replace their core fleet management systems.

This approach allows operators to maintain their existing transportation infrastructure while adding capabilities such as real-time passenger information, promotions and future advertising opportunities.

The companies believe the model could be particularly relevant to airport transportation providers, where passengers frequently depend on accurate information about vehicle locations, routes and arrival times.

By making this information available through a mobile experience while also creating a communications channel, operators can potentially improve the customer journey while developing additional commercial opportunities.

A New Channel for Brands

For brands, the platform offers a way to reach consumers in the context of real-world mobility rather than through conventional digital advertising environments.

The companies say the engagement model is designed around measurable delivery and real-world transportation context. This could allow advertisers to connect with passengers during specific stages of their journey while supporting broader objectives such as customer engagement, brand loyalty and repeat business.

The advertising component is not yet fully commercialised. Static promotions and loyalty-focused content are currently available, while paid campaigns are expected to launch in Q4 2026.

Management Commentary

“We believe this is a transformational moment for transit operators,” said James Maury, President and Co-Founder of Accelevate Solutions.

“With AI-powered rider and location intelligence, operators can turn assets already in motion into real-time engagement and media channels — improving the passenger experience while opening new revenue opportunities. Combining our fleet and rider intelligence, real-time mobile engagement client, and our partner’s automated cloud media stack will enable rapid adoption through Q1 2027.”

Maury added that MobilityConnect provides passengers with live vehicle locations and estimated arrival times while giving operators a new engagement channel through assets that are already in service.

“Paid campaigns are not yet live; the media layer is currently enabled with static loyalty promotions, and new advertising inventory can be sold from this point forward,” he said.

Tyler Luck, Chief Executive Officer of Brand Engagement Network, said the partnership forms part of BEN’s broader efforts to expand its AI capabilities and transportation-related opportunities.

“Our partnership with Accelevate reflects our continued execution to scale our joint AI capabilities,” said Luck. “BEN remains fully committed to supporting Accelevate’s airport expansion across the United States and into public-sector opportunities in Latin America.”

Starting at LAX, With Wider Expansion Potential

The launch at Los Angeles International Airport provides an initial deployment environment for the platform, allowing the companies to bring together connected vehicle technology, passenger information, AI-powered engagement and digital media within a major transportation ecosystem.

The companies also point to longer-term opportunities to expand the model beyond the initial airport market. Accelevate is targeting further airport expansion across the United States, while BEN has indicated that it intends to support potential public-sector opportunities in Latin America.

If successfully scaled, the model could be applied across other transportation environments where connected vehicles and real-time passenger information can support both operational and commercial applications.

Ownership and Financial Structure

BEN holds a minority interest in Accelevate Solutions. Following the company’s previously disclosed $1 million strategic investment and related warrant arrangements, BEN’s ownership is expected to be approximately 20%.

Accelevate is not consolidated under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP), and revenue generated by Accelevate is therefore not recognised as BEN revenue.

The companies’ latest announcement highlights an emerging intersection between connected transportation, artificial intelligence and digital media. By combining real-time vehicle intelligence with passenger engagement and advertising capabilities, Accelevate and BEN are seeking to turn transportation assets into dynamic digital platforms — beginning with off-airport parking and shuttle services serving LAX.
